My experience with Invortex came as something of a surprise. They first got inside my thinking and objectives before commencing the project, and took a good deal of time making sure I understood all the options available, not just the solutions I was already aware of. But the two things that have meant the most to me are 1) fast response to questions, issues, and deliverables, and 2) the several employees I have interfaced with are very clear and precise and bend over backwards to make sure I clearly understand whatever points are being discussed. The quality of the work speaks for itself.
